Asseco is a leader among software producers in Central and Eastern Europe according to the Coface TOP 500 CEE ranking, which presents the 500 largest companies operating in the region. The Asseco Group's revenues are expected to reach PLN 16.9 billion in 2023.
Asseco has been developing high-tech software for companies in key economic sectors for more than 30 years. The company is present in more than 60 countries around the world and employs more than 33,000 people.
Coface's list ranks the 500 largest companies in the region by turnover and analyzes additional indicators, including the number of employees, business framework, sectors and companies' credit ratings. The ranking includes 184 companies from Poland, representing the largest group of companies from the country.

Asseco has again been recognized on the "List of the 30 largest Polish private investors abroad" prepared by the editors of the Forbes magazine. In 2023, the Asseco Group achieved PLN 16.9 billion in sales revenues, of which foreign markets were responsible for 88 percent.
As the editors pointed out, there is no company in Poland that has made more acquisitions than Asseco. The company has made more than 140 since 2004. Asseco companies are listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE), NASDAQ and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
In 2023, we acquired 7 companies operating in Portugal, Slovenia or Bosnia and Herzegovina, among others. Since our IPO on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in 2004, more than 135 companies have joined our Group. As a result, today Asseco employs over 33,000 people in more than 60 countries on 6 continents," said Adam Góral, President of the Management Board of Asseco Poland.

During the three quarters of 2024, the Asseco Group generated sales revenues of PLN 12.6 billion (EUR 2.9 billion), of which more than PLN 9.9 billion (EUR 2.3 billion) were sales of its proprietary IT products and services. Operating profit was 10% higher than in the comparable period of 2023, at PLN 1.3 billion (EUR 299 million), and net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company, after a 7% increase, amounted to PLN 369 million (EUR 86 million). The Group continued its stable growth and increased the scale of its international operations also through acquisitions.
During the reported period, the Group developed its operations both in Poland and abroad. Sales revenues in the Asseco Poland segment increased by 5% and amounted to PLN 1.5 billion (EUR 347 million), mainly thanks to higher sales in the finance area and the strengthening of the strategic position in solutions for public institutions.
The Group's results are strongly diversified, with 88% of sales coming from foreign markets represented by the Formula Systems and Asseco International segments. Sales of the Asseco International segment amounted to PLN 2.9 billion (EUR 685 million), which, excluding the effect of exchange rate differences, represents an increase of 8% compared to the three quarters of 2023. The segment's higher revenues resulted from increased sales in the Asseco South Eastern Europe Group, mainly in the area of payments, as well as higher sales of ERP solutions in the Asseco Enterprise Solutions Group. The Formula Systems segment, in turn, recorded PLN 8.2 billion (EUR 1.9 billion) in revenues. Excluding the effect of exchange rate differences, this represents an increase of 6% compared to the same period in 2023. The Formula Systems Group companies are growing steadily and remain active in the area of acquisitions.
Asseco's consolidated order backlog for 2024, in the area of proprietary software and services, is now worth PLN 13.2 billion (EUR 3.1 billion). In fixed exchange rates, in which the backlog for 2023 was calculated, it is 10% higher than in the same period a year ago.
"We achieved good financial results for the three quarters of this year, which are the consequence of consistent implementation of our growth strategy, based on geographic, product and sector diversification. Excluding the effect of changes in exchange rates, our revenues grew by 6% during the period, and operating profit by 16%. We continue to increase the scale of our business and are active in M&A. Since the beginning of 2024, 11 companies have joined the Group, operating in the Israeli, American and Portuguese markets, as well as in India and the United Arab Emirates, among others. In addition, we are steadily building the backlog, which allows us to look with optimism for the whole of 2024 and further into the future," said Karolina Rzońca-Bajorek, Vice President, CFO of Asseco Poland.

Asseco was awarded the title of the "Technology Leader" as part of the "IT@Bank" report prepared by Miesięcznik Finansowy "Bank". In addition, the company ranked 2nd in the report's main ranking. Asseco's revenues from financial institutions in Poland in 2023 amounted to more than PLN 500 million, which accounted for 23 percent of the company's overall revenues in the country.
As highlighted by the editors of Miesięcznik Finansowy "Bank", Asseco is a key provider of IT solutions and services for the banking sector. Nearly half a billion in revenues and more than 320 clients in the financial sector - these results have gone beyond any classification. Asseco has been working on them for more than 30 years, and has provided innovative solutions for the largest commercial banks. The company started its business by producing software for cooperative banks, and remains a key supplier to this sector.

Asseco has once again been recognized in the ranking of the "100 largest Polish private companies" prepared by the editors of Forbes magazine. The Asseco Group generated revenues of PLN 16.9 billion in 2023, and its value was estimated at more than PLN 7.1 billion, which earned it 15th place in the list.
Asseco is the largest IT company in the Central and Eastern European region, which has been developing high-tech software for companies in key economic sectors for more than 30 years. As the editors pointed out, it is one of the most stable Polish companies, as confirmed by the fact that no other company pays dividends more regularly than Asseco. The company has been sharing profits continuously for 20 years (2004) and during that time has paid shareholders more than PLN 47 per share.
The company is present in over 60 countries around the world and employs more than 33,000 people. The key to its success and building this scale of business has been, among other things, a consistent acquisition policy, which has been pursued for years by Adam Góral, President of the Management Board of Asseco Poland. Since 2004, the company has made more than 140 acquisitions. Asseco companies are listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE), NASDAQ and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

Poles have been able to run their own businesses for 35 years. On the occasion of this anniversary, the editors of Wprost magazine awarded companies that have not only achieved success in Poland during this time, but have also become global companies. Among the winners was Asseco, the largest IT company in Central and Eastern Europe.
Several hundred Polish companies were selected for the awards. The main criteria that guided the editors in selecting the winners were building a company from scratch in a free market economy, creating a product recognized abroad, operating in dozens of markets, as well as the condition of the company.
As emphasized in the justification for choosing Asseco - the company's history began with Adam Góral's dream to build a Polish IT company in Rzeszów. This dream has surpassed all expectations of its creator, as the Podkarpackie region is now home to the IT giant, which today operates in more than 60 countries and employs more than 33,000 people.
