If you believe that someone in your business environment (another employee, customer, contractor, supplier or other person) is acting in violation of the law or the Code below, you are required to report it to the Compliance Officer.
You can do it:
Every person who reports a violation in good faith is protected. Reporting a suspected violation of the Code does not result in any negative consequences for the employee or collaborator. Every report is treated seriously and fairly and is addressed without delay. If, based on analysis, the situation warrants it, appropriate remedial measures are taken.
If you suspect that a security incident has occurred or may have occurred, in particular concerning personal data, processed by Asseco Poland S.A. we encourage you to report it.
Providing personal data is voluntary. Providing data can be used to contact Asseco Poland S.A. and help in the correct reaction to the reported incident.
If you are an employee or associate of the company and do not have access to work facilities, you can report an incident using the form below.
