For the purpose of assessing the financial and business position of Asseco, the key information are the basic figures published on a non-IFRS basis. They supplement the data reported in accordance with IFRS*. After three quarters of 2019, non-IFRS operating profit amounted to PLN 885.5 million and was higher by 19%, while non-IFRS net profit amounted to PLN 270.2 million.
We are satisfied with our results and the dynamic development of Asseco on international markets. In particular, we are pleased with the double-digit increases in revenues and operating profit. We see a positive impact of the implementation of our strategy, which is based on international expansion and diversification of our business. Asseco International achieved a 13% increase in sales to PLN 2.0 billion and improved its profitability. The Formula Systems Group also achieved a higher margin with a double-digit increase in revenues. Acquisitions carried out during the reported quarters give us interesting prospects for development on new markets as well as for expanding our offer of innovative IT products. We generated PLN 893.8 million in revenues in the Asseco Poland segment. We are pleased with the signing of new, long-term contracts with public sector institutions and enterprises with a total value of several hundred million PLN. We also observed an increase in sales in the health sector, thanks to the implementation of new, important projects related to the digitization of this area. In addition, we achieved very good results in the banking sector, despite the high base of revenues generated in the same period in the previous year, said Rafał Kozłowski, Vice President of the Management Board of Asseco Poland.
The revenues of the Asseco Group are diversified by sectors, and in the first three quarters of 2019 they were the following: 39% (PLN 3.0 billion) generated by banking and finance, 38% (PLN 2.9 billion) by general business and 23% (PLN 1.8 billion) by public administration. Asseco is also geographically diversified and presents its results broken down by three segments: Formula Systems generated 62% of the Group's consolidated sales revenues (PLN 4.8 billion), Asseco International - 26% (PLN 2.0 billion), and Asseco Poland - 12% (PLN 0.9 billion).
Currently, the Group's order backlog for 2019 at the revenue level amounts to PLN 10.1 billion and is by 14% higher than the backlog presented in November 2018.

We are very happy to have been awarded the title of "Leader of Cooperation". It is a confirmation that we are a trusted and proven partner of the Social Insurance Institution, with which we have been cooperating for over 20 years. The ZUS Comprehensive IT System (KSI ZUS) created within the framework of this cooperation serves over 25 million Poles. It should be emphasized that ZUS has never failed its customers, who always receive their pensions on time. Thanks to KSI, ZUS is also the leader of the state administration in launching electronic services such as eContributions, eFiles or eZLA and in the integration within the social security system at the European level (EESSI). These undoubted successes would not have been possible without the exceptionally good cooperation between ZUS and Asseco, said Sławomir Szmytkowski.
During the ceremony it was emphasized that ZUS had clearly defined plans for the future. It focuses on the further development of modern e-administration to make it easier for citizens to settle their matters and to fully automate the granting and payment of benefits. I hope that our cooperation will contribute to the implementation of these plans, he added.

The development of the hospital IT system will bring benefits to patients, medical personnel and contractors cooperating with the facility and managing the unit.
The beneficiaries will gain access to e-Registration, which will significantly save their time and improve the work of the hospital. The patients will have access to their own account, as well as to catalogued, up-to-date and confirmed information about the scope of medical services. They will also be able to book appointments on their own.
In turn, thanks to the launch of the Medical Information Portal, the medical personnel will gain access to applications such as e-Documentation, e-Interview or e-Consent, which will significantly improve the effectiveness of the hospital employees' operational activities.
The implementation of the e-Contractor module will improve, among others, the handling of medical examination referrals in other units, the management of bookings and will guarantee online access to the results of the examination. Moreover, the Laboratory Information System is currently integrated with other e-Services and will support external contractors in the scope of archiving, verifying and distributing results.
The project, which we have implemented in the Voivodship Hospital Complex in Płock, will allow us to transfer many processes, including registration, medical interview, referrals for examination and medical documentation handling, to the electronic sphere, which will significantly shorten the time of their implementation. In my opinion, the long-term result will be the strengthening of the hospital's potential and its competitiveness in relation to other institutions, as well as the improvement of the quality and availability of medical services, said Jan Butkiewicz, Deputy Director of the Healthcare Division, Asseco Poland.
The implementation was carried out under two projects: "E-health for Mazowsze" and "Development of IT systems in the Voivodship Hospital Complex in Płock E-health 2.0".

The "Golden Hundred" ranking was created with the scientific and research cooperation of the Małopolska Economic Institute and the Podkarpacie branch of the Polish Economic Society. The ranking was held under the patronage of Władysław Ortyl, Marshal of the Podkarpacie Voivodeship and Ewa Leniart, Voivode of the Podkarpacie Voivodeship. It was the 13th edition of the ranking.

Asseco regularly shares profits with its shareholders and for over a decade has been paying out high dividends every year. In total, the Company paid out PLN 26.49 per share, which means that long-term shareholders have received a refund of half of the present value of Asseco Poland's shares (at the end of August).
According to the organizers of the ranking of companies paying dividends, there is a steady increase in the number of companies paying dividends. Such a situation is connected with the development of the domestic economy. Companies are also becoming stronger in terms of capital and can afford to pay out profits in the form of dividends.

Asseco, then known as Comp Rzeszów, had its Warsaw Stock Exchange debut on September 27, 2004. The market capitalization of the company on the debut day was about PLN 420 million. 15 years since that event passed and the value of Asseco on the stock exchange exceeds PLN 4 billion. During this period Asseco became a truly global software producer. Thanks to the implementation of the international expansion strategy, today the company is present in over 50 countries, and its revenues are over 80 times higher than in 2004 and exceed PLN 9 billion. In 2004 Comp Rzeszów employed 275 people. Currently, more than 25 thousand employees worldwide work for Asseco's results on a daily basis.
The success of Asseco is an example of how a stock exchange can support the implementation of a company's development vision and how to effectively conquer the world with the help of a capital market. Functioning as a public company translates positively not only into the development of a company itself, but also has a positive impact on the standards of its operation. Before Asseco debuted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in 2004, we had only been a mid-sized IT company in Poland. Today we are the sixth-largest software producer in Europe, employing over 25 thousand people in more than 50 countries. It has been possible thanks to a good strategy and intensive work of many people, but also thanks to the fact that a businessman like me had the opportunity to raise capital on the basis of the rules that had been in force for many years on our western competitors' markets. If the Polish capital market had not trusted us, Asseco Poland would not have existed. The stock exchange is conducive to visionaries and it is important that other Polish companies have such an opportunity and want to take advantage of it, said Adam Góral, President of the Management Board of Asseco Poland.
Over the years, Asseco has developed a strong position on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The company is a part of the prestigious WIG30 index, which groups the largest and most liquid companies. Asseco Poland is also the largest company in the WIG-Informatyka sector index. Recently, the company has entered the newly created WIGtech index, which includes companies operating in the area of new technologies. Thanks to the consistent payment of high dividend, the company was qualified to the WIGdiv index. In 2018, Asseco was ranked among 37 Polish companies listed on the developed market indices of the global agency FTSE Russell.
