The launch of the service in a healthcare facility does not require a complicated implementation
and additional expenditures on IT infrastructure. In addition, patients do not have to install any software, they can just access a web browser on a phone or computer. They receive a unique link to a meeting via a text message or e-mail. Thanks to the cooperation between Asseco and the National Cloud Operator, the solution is available as a service in the National Cloud. This ensures the highest level of data security and allows the use of Teleporada from any place, without the need to leave home.

In the case of the mMedica system used in clinics and doctor’s offices, the package includes the following additional modules: SMS, eArchive, Mobile Applications Integration and eNotifications. The SMS module supports the process of sending SMS messages containing e.g. information about booked visits or codes for ePrescriptions. eArchive facilitates comprehensive collection and effective protection of medical records. The Mobile Applications Integration module allows for two-way exchange of documents between a patient and a doctor with the use of the Mobile Medical Information application. eNotification offers automated communication with a patient through the Medical Information mobile application, which is an alternative to SMS.
