Asseco Poland ranked 3rd. among the winners of the grand prize in the "Enterprises" category in the competition "The Best Annual Report" organized by the Institute of Accounting and Taxation. The jury evaluated the various elements of the annual report for 2023, and the award is a confirmation of the highest utility value of Asseco's reports.

At Asseco, we are committed to high quality communication with the capital market community, and periodic reporting is one of its key elements. The periodic reporting obligation is regulated by law, but the way listed companies implement it has a significant impact on building trust and relations with the market. The transparent structure of the reports, the fair presentation of the financial and business situation, and the transparent communication of corporate governance principles are elements that are particularly appreciated by the recipients of our reports. We are pleased that our efforts have been recognized by the jury of ‘The Best Annual Report’ competition, said Rafał Obodziński, Director of Reporting Department, Asseco Poland, who received the award on behalf of the company.

This is yet another honor received by Asseco Poland in "The Best Annual Report" competition. Last year, the Accounting and Tax Institute awarded Asseco the best corporate governance statement among private companies.

"The Best Annual Report" is a competition for the best annual report in terms of value for shareholders and investors. Its main goal is to shape good practices in reporting by public companies, which enhances the security of the capital market in Poland.

"The Best Annual Report" awards are given to companies in the regulated market that prepare consolidated annual reports according to IFRS/IAS and companies in the alternative market that report according to IFRS/IAS or the Accounting Act. The results of this year's competition were announced at the final gala, which took place on October 10, 2024 in the Quotation Room of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) building.
