The success of a marketing and sales campaign is determined primarily by the detailed adjustment of an offer to the needs of customers. Therefore, companies should be up to date with the latest techniques to analyze the information their customers leave online. This is particularly important as consumers today are very often sceptical about advertising and if the message is not immediately adapted to their expectations, they look for products from other suppliers. ACI, based on current data supported by historical data, allows for effective planning of marketing communication, selection of appropriate contact channels and data analysis. Owing to this, the company can offer products which consumers are currently looking for or their behaviour indicates that such a need will arise in the near future. That translates into higher sales profits and improved management of customer relations.

Asseco's new solution is used in practically all sectors of the economy, i.e. wherever services and products are sold. Social media, activities on websites, or through mobile applications are a valuable source of information about customer behavior. They can be used successfully to plan marketing campaigns and to support sales processes. With ACI, we can see what customers are looking for, what they buy, when they buy and how they do it, and modern companies have to keep up with the ever-increasing expectations of consumers. With our solution, reaching that goal  is much easier and faster, said Jarosław Bryl, Director of Business Intelligence Division, Asseco Poland.Asseco Customer Intelligence allows companies to create profiled commercial offers based on their customers' purchase habits and needs, as well as to adjust the communication channels to client preferences, among others. It is worth mentioning that the solution is supported by machine training mechanisms based on analytical models. It has information about products and marketing content and is integrated with advertising providers' systems. All this makes it possible to quickly verify customer behaviour. As a result, the system allows for proper preparation of the offer, said Miłosz Posyłek, Director of the Analytical Systems Department, Asseco Poland.

ACI can be used by banks, insurance companies, as well as online shops. Thanks to its open architecture, it can be quickly integrated with the systems already operating in a given company. In the case of the banking sector, ACI can function with solutions supporting customer communication, such as Asseco Advisory Banking Platform, Asseco Customer Banking Platform, and Asseco Enterprise Banking Platform. It may also be integrated with the fraud detection system - Asseco Anti-Fraud.

The project has been carried out on the basis of the guidelines of the Ministry of Health and the Centre for Health Care Information Systems. Thanks to the integration of Asseco Medical Management Solutions (AMMS) with the P1 platform, the patients of the institutions covered by the implementation have the opportunity to use their e-Prescriptions in selected pharmacies in Siedlce and the Siedlce District, as well as in Krynica-Zdrój and the Nowosądeckie District.

AMMS is fully ready to connect to the central prescription recording system within the P1 platform. Before we started to implement the solution in the selected facilities, it had successfully passed a number of scenarios in a test environment made available by the Centre for Health Care Information Systems, said Krzysztof Groyecki, Vice President of the Management Board of Asseco Poland.

Ultimately, after an e-Prescription is issued by a physician, a patient will receive an information print containing a barcode. If a patient opens an Individual Patient Account (IKP), he will receive a special PIN code, which in combination with the PESEL number will allow him to collect medicines in a pharmacy. Thanks to the use of a web application, the handling of e-Prescriptions can be performed efficiently and without unnecessary printouts. From January 1, 2020, in accordance with the assumptions of the Ministry of Health, e-Prescriptions will be issued in every medical office in Poland. Their introduction will allow, among other things, to eliminate the problem resulting from incorrect handwriting reading and will increase patient safety by limiting the possibility of dispensing a wrong medicine. It will also offer access to the history of issued prescriptions, which will improve coordination of the treatment process.

The implementation of the project will enable Stromnetz Hamburg to achieve its objective of integrating various IT systems, detailed network maps and general plans, including descriptive data, into a single central grid information system. For the purpose of assessing the actual financial and business position of the Asseco Group, data adjusted for the cost of additional amortization of intangible assets (PPA and SBP) recognized in connection with regaining control over the Formula Systems Group, are of key importance. Excluding this accounting effect, the Group's profits increased at double-digit rate: non-IFRS1 operating profit increased by 34% to PLN 500 million, while non-IFRS net profit* went up by 43% to PLN 181 million.

We achieved very good results in the first half of the year - the sales of the Asseco Group increased in all sectors and business segments. The Group's adjusted operating profit, which strips out the negative impact of additional amortization of intangible assets recognized in connection with regaining control over Formula Systems, increased by 34% versus the corresponding period of the previous year. Such positive results were achieved thanks to a very good situation in the banking sector, in which we carried out new orders to support adaptation to key changes in the law. Additionally, the Group's companies were performing more international implementations. The revenues increased in all of our business segments. We are particularly pleased with Asseco International, which achieved double-digit sales growth, and the companies comprising the holding have promising growth prospects, said Rafał Kozłowski, Vice President of the Management Board of Asseco Poland.

The Asseco Group's sales revenues are diversified between sectors - the general business sector accounts for 40% of total revenues, the banking and finance sector - for 39% and the public administration sector - for 21%. The Group is also geographically diversified and presents its results broken down by three segments: Asseco Poland (the Polish market), the Formula Systems Group (the Israeli market), and Asseco International (other international markets). In Asseco Poland's segment, the sales revenues increased by 7% to PLN 668 million. The operating profit improved significantly, as it went up by 69% on annual basis to PLN 120.5 million. These results were mostly influenced by Asseco Poland, which performed particularly well in the banking and finance sector. The public administration sector also saw a recovery. The Group's Israeli companies also had a good quarter. The revenues of Formula Systems increased by 3.0% on annual basis to PLN 2.6 billion. Sapiens increased its sales and profitability. In the first half of 2018, the companies from the Formula Systems Group bought new companies in the US: Adaptik, Alius Corp and PVBS. Adaptik offers software for the insurance sector, specializing in property insurance solutions. Alius Corp provides IT services in the area of regulatory compliance and security to financial entities in the US market. PVBS LLC deals, among other things, with the implementation and integration of ERP systems for governmental entities or entities providing services to the state, operating onthe American market.During the past 6 months, Asseco International, which is responsible for other international markets, increased its revenues by 16% to PLN 1.2 billion. Organic growth was supported by last year's acquisitions of Slovakian CEIT and Polish Macrologic. Additionally, in the second quarter Asseco International acquired a 66% stake in DWC Slovakia - a provider of document management software. The Asseco Group takes advantage of the significant growth in demand for ERP solutions in its region. It also develops its offering of advanced products for the industrial, banking, finance, and health sectors.
