Tecsisa provides native cloud and Big Data applications running on the technologically advanced Kommodo platform. It is the flagship product of the company, which operates, among others, in the Italian energy groupEnel and has been implemented in several countries. The system architecture was designed together with the advisors of the analyst company Gartner. The solution is based on the latest technologies available on the market, which makes it highly scalable and configurable. Thus, it ensures fast and agile implementation regardless of a country, legal and tax environment, language and time zone in which a customer operates. It is available in the Software as a Service (SaaS) model. In addition, its intuitive interface is designed to give customers the best possible user experience.

Asseco International has acquired a 51% stake in Tecsisa for EUR 4.95 million. The value of the transaction may increase up to EUR 7.96 million, depending on the results generated by the Spanish company in the following years.

is the leader of IT solutions for the power sector in Poland. It also develops its activities on international markets, including Serbia, Nigeria and Ethiopia. The flagship solution of the company are the IT systems from the AUMS line, which support all processes related to the management of electricity. They are used by trading companies, energy distributors and customer service companies. Asseco offers products and services that bring measurable reduction of operating costs, streamline operations and increase the competitiveness of the power sector companies. It also implements projects involving the centralization and migration of large data volumes. Asseco has over 20 years of experience in implementing projects for the telecommunications sector. The company's solutions are used by leading GSM and fixed telephony operators, such as Orange. The company provides, among others, IT solutions enabling the introduction of convergent offers and supporting sales and customer service. It has competence centers in Poland, Central Europe and Israel.

The difficult flow of information, the lack of access to patient data and visits calendar - these are frequent problems faced by medical networks cooperating with partner institutions. The new platform, created in cooperation between Medicover Polska and Asseco Poland, will ensure the automation of booking and confirming visits to cooperating institutions and the settlement of fees for medical services, also available online.

The new solution will introduce a number of facilitations in the process of providing health care services. Ultimately, the networks which will benefit from the solution will also be able to manage electronic medical records through it. This will translate into faster diagnosis and the access to data and improved quality of patient care.

The first phase of the project is planned to be completed by the end of 2019 and the second phase by mid 2020. The solution will also be continuously extended with new functionalities in order to address the challenges faced by the health sector in the best possible way, while setting new standards in the medical care market.

Asseco signed the agreement for the modification of the Comprehensive Information System (KSI ZUS) and its adaptation to the electronic exchange of information and documents in 2017. The value of the project amounts to over PLN 20 million gross.
