The BSGo Junior mobile application designed for young people is very popular with both cooperative banks and their customers. Parents of young users appreciate the financial learning tool for their children, which at the same time offers the possibility to discreetly monitor their activities. Teens, on the other hand, are eager to use the BLIK mobile payments, the function to manage their finances and the educational materials available in the app.
Young people also appreciate BSGo Junior for its intuitive and attractive user interface. The app is easy to use, featuring a simple and minimalist design and clear layout.
BSGo Junior can be used comfortably on various devices: smartphones, tablets or computers (in addition to the mobile app, there is also a desktop version available online).
Out of the 20 cooperative banks that have joined the implementation of BSGo Junior, 7 have already made the service available to their customers. Users from Skierniewice, Brodnica and Barlinek, among others, are the first to take advantage of the application for young users (the app is available under the name "GBSBank Na Start").
New app for children - BSGo Kids - will soon join BSGo Family
Asseco, a leading provider of technology solutions for the financial sector, will soon launch a new application for children called "BSGo Kids." This solution will complement Asseco's family of mobile products, thus addressing the needs of users of all ages. This will enable cooperative banks to provide comprehensive personalized mobile banking solutions for all customers: from children to teenagers to adults.
One of the key and unique strengths of the Asseco mobile app is its ability to automatically adapt to the age of the user. This means that when a child turns 13, the BSGo Kids app will automatically transform into a "Junior" version, and then when the user reaches the age of majority, it will provide the complete functionality of the adult app.
The solution does not require any additional action on the part of the user, including the installation of a new application from the BSGo family. Parents can rest assured, knowing that their children will have access to the right tools and content that grows up with the user. The information appearing in the app helps young customers learn about the world of finance and makes them more informed consumers.
„The flexibility and automatic adaptation of the application to the age of the user is another step towards creating even more user-friendly, educational financial tools. It's also an excellent example of how modern technology is helping to build the image of cooperative banks as modern organizations that respond efficiently to the changing needs of customers of all ages. Thanks to technology, they are able to provide personalized and efficient service to all users,” – mówi said Joanna Wijata-Siedlecka, WPI Program Director, Asseco Poland „Innovative approaches to providing financial tools from an early age can help increase the number of more financially aware and responsible consumers in the future. However, it should not be forgotten that they must provide an excellent user experience and guarantee a high level of security”.

Asseco has once again been included in the IDC FinTech Rankings Enterprise Top 50, the only Polish company to qualify in this category. The Asseco Group's sales to the financial sector in 2022 exceeded PLN 5.7 billion, accounting for more than 30 percent of its total revenues.
Asseco's offerings include central banking systems, as well as omnichannel and mobile solutions that respond to the latest trends in the global financial market. It is a leading IT provider to the banking sector in Poland and operates in many European countries, as well as in Israel and the African market.
The Asseco Group also cooperates with large international insurance companies. In addition, Asseco offers comprehensive IT solutions to support the work of brokerage houses, leasing and factoring companies.
We have been consistently pursuing our strategy based on the development of our proprietary software and related services, as well as strong geographic, sector and product diversification. 2022 was a record year for us in terms of sales. Indeed, the international nature of our organization and its federated structure allow us to compete effectively in foreign markets, while maintaining the local and flexible approach so necessary for our customers, concluded Adam Góral, President of Asseco Poland.
The companies highlighted in the IDC FinTech Rankings are the organizations most involved in the digitization of financial services institutions. Through them, they are implementing technological innovations that increase efficiency and enhance the level of service to their customers, which is crucial in the realities of the digital economy.
IDC has been compiling FinTech rankings for the past twenty years and in its list of the top 150 providers it includes a representation of the world's largest FinTechs, said Marc DeCastro, research director at IDC. The technology companies on this list provide the innovative solutions needed to digitize financial services at the highest level, he added.
The "IDC FinTech Rankings" report covers providers of technology solutions (hardware, software and services) for banking, insurance, capital market and fintechs supporting these sectors. The main criterion for the list was the amount of revenues achieved in these areas.

This helped him to raise capital that enabled the company to grow further and expand abroad. It is how the project of building the Asseco Group began - an international federation of companies, an alternative to large IT corporations.
Team strength
As Adam Góral stated when receiving the award granted by the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications (PIIT), what Asseco achieved was greatly affected by the entire team, who, like him, believed that the chosen course of action was the key to success, which is why, in his opinion, this award is for all the company's employees.
Asseco's CEO continues to consistently develop the Group, proving the uniqueness of Polish solutions and IT experts on a global scale. Today, Asseco is present in more than 60 countries around the world and employs nearly 33,000 people. This year, on the occasion of the jubilee of the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications, a special award was granted - the 30th Anniversary Award of PIIT.
